OUR CONSIGNMENT PROGRAM
We invite both individuals, retailers and manufacturers to consign with us.
We require that items be clean, very good to excellent quality and condition
and be marketable in our estimation.
We prefer that you e-mail us with a description of your large items and
attach photos if possible. You are also welcome to call. We will work with
you to arrive at a selling price that we believe is realistic.
Our program is a 90-day period. After the first 30 days, if an item has not
sold, we may mark down the price by 20%. After another 30 days, if the item
has still not sold, we may mark it down an additional 10%. If, after 90 days,
the item has not sold and the contract has not been extended, you will have
7 days to pick it up. If you do not pick it up at the end of the 7-day pick-up
period, we may then donate it.
When an item sells, you will receive 50% of the final selling price paid by check
issued on or about the 15th of the month following the sale.
